Returns, refunds, exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds on food products for change of mind. We do not offer an exchange. If there is a fault with your product please contact us at foodandbeverage@domahotels.com.au To commence a claim, it is a requirement to share photographic evidence of the fault. Once a claim has been investigated and approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Cancellation policy

Changes and cancellations to cake and high tea orders are not accepted. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled.
